As per the voucher given by kesia hotel booked for me in Havelock was "cross bill beach resort", but when i reached there the hotel manager said hotel was never booked for me. The shocking fact was there local Andaman contact Mr. Anil and local Havelock contact were aware of this fact but choose to hide it from me. On this they arranged a different hotel but i had to pay 2000 Rs extra for that on which breakfast was also not included. So i had to pay for breakfast also on both day (on 9th and 10th). Also there was not any elephant beach ride provided to me so there was not any complimentary Snorkeling/Glass bottom ride. I should get refund on this also. i am expecting following refunds from Kesia: 9th and 10th stay in Havelock: 2000 Rs Elephant beach ride: Not aware of amount Complimentary Snorkeling/Glass bottom ride on elephant beach: 600 Rs (300 per person).

romised. The travel was good and the hotels and food provided were proper as well. You will also get Jain Food according to your requirements. Hotels are little bit far from main location so reaching hotel takes time. But it's manageable as you will have a nice view in the way. Hotels were nice with good hospitality and friendly & caring staff. We were assisted throughout by Sandeep, Thanks for the assistance .
